4 killed in bus accident near Shimla

Shimla: Four persons were killed and 16 others injured when a HRTC bus rolled down near Badhari about 14 km from here last evening, police said today.

Police said that the bus, which was on its way from Shili village to Shimla, fell down 200 feet down the road when the driver lost control.

Three passengers died on the spot while another succumbed to the injuries in the hospital. Sixteen injured passengers were rushed to IGMC.

The deceased were identified as Dinesh (driver) Prakesh Chand, Virender Kumar and Kamla Devi.
