Anurag Thakur appointed as BJYM president

Shimla: Anurag Thakur, two time BJP MP from Hamirpur and son of Himachal chief minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has been appointed as national president of the BJP youth wing Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha.

A press release on the BJP website confirmed the appointment of Thakur as national president of the Yuva Morcha.

Earlier, Himachal forest minister JP Nadda was appointed as national general secretary of the party and former chief minister Shanta Kumar is officiating as national vice president of the BJP.

Anurag Thakur is also the president of Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association.
