Himachal forest trees loaded with advertisement hoardings

High Court in Himachal have banned putting hoarding across highways, roads and on trees. In a blatant disregard to the ruling, one can find hoardings just 30 km away from the state capital Shimla on the Kufri – Chail road affixed to the trees. Kufri has a mini zoo and Chail has a bird sanctuary and scores of forest officials travel on this road daily but have conveniently chosen to ignore the floating of court orders.
