The Horticulture minister Bragta has already *demanded* that the Centre must compensate for the damages. Seems a new slanging match is on the anvil between the centre and the himachal government

      dear Ritesh

which government are u talking about state or central?

which government has failed ur expectations?

how will the government even disburse relief if they

dont go for assessment?(we even test the genuinity of a beggar!)

Therefore there is the need for report.

If you think otherwise please let me know
