Cuttack: Himachal scored a paltry 163 in it’s first innings against Orissa on the third day of the Ranji Trophy match here today. The play resumed this morning with Himachal struggling at 85/6.
Skipper Paras Dogra remained unbeaten at 53, hitting 6 fours in his 152 ball innings. His partner from last evening, Rishi Dhawan scored 43 runs hitting 8 fours in his 66 ball innings. They both had a 72 run partnership for the seventh wicket.
Once Dhawan departed, Himachal innings folded for 163 in 64.4 overs.
For Orrisa, pacer Basant Mohanty took 4 wickets for 43 runs. Debasis Mohanty and Alok Sahoo took 2 wickets each.
