Himachal to issue contempt notice on commission issue

Shimla: Back from his tour to Italy, Horticulture Minister Narender Bragta today held a meeting with Delhi government officials on the issue of non compliance of Delhi High Court decision for not charging commission from the fruit growers in Azadpur fruit market at Delhi.

A government spokesman said, it was decided that Himachal government would issue contempt notice to the fruit merchants for not implementing the high court orders. It was also decided that the government would also not hesitate to file contempt petition if after issuing notices the decision is not implemented.
