HPU student council elections date announced

Shimla:  The Himachal Pradesh University today announced the date for SCA elections in the state.

Vice Chancellor, Sunil Gupta said the elections for the University and Colleges SCA will  be held on August 27,  2010

The results will be announced the same evening for all the educational institutes.

BJP  backed ABVP and the CPI-M backed SFI are the main contenders of the student politics while the Congress backed NSUI also have shown a steady performance in the past.
