This Saturday traveled back home to Kotgarh as plucking season had started. This year the rains have been pretty good and the apple season started 10 days earlier. Found lush green scenery around. Here a few pics I clicked.

Lucky you! to be in mountains during plucking. I am stuck with my job here in Shimla
I’d seen the pics yesterday. And I felt so nostalgic, sitting here in Delhi. I miss my house in the village. And it’s been a long long time since I went to m,y village during the Apple Season. It’s always been “given in thekaa” as all the family members are working.
Hmmm… And I’ve always yearned for a little daughter (though I have one 21-year-old) who’d cry when I leave for somewhere.
Also I liked the pics on Flickr, especially – the baby near the dog.
Good pics Nityin. Please keep us posted and make us feel nopstalgic. Lucky you…
Brilliant! it is a brilliant display of pictures and the emotions running through the thread of pictures made me miss my kids all the more!
